All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or text message. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Fees

Republic of Ireland:
€6.00 flat rate shipping via An Post (tracked).
Free shipping on orders over €150.
Northern Ireland:
€8.00 flat rate shipping via An Post Express (tracked).
Free shipping on orders over €150.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.

All deliveries are tracked and handled by An Post. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to postal delays.

In-Store Pick-Up

Skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup at Jenny Shoo Bootique.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays). We will send you a notification with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Tracking & Order Status

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or text message from us with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at 051 873 725 with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it right away.
